The chart above shows SNDi trends for new street additions (left panel) and the entire network (right panel), with Chust plotted against Namangan and Uzbekistan. The SNDi of new construction in Chust followed a zig-zag trend with an overall increase, compared to Namangan which followed a zig-zag trend with an overall increase and Uzbekistan which rose steadily. Most recently, Chust's incremental SNDi rose from 2.79 to 3.03 between 1991-2005 and 2006-2020. In terms of the aggregate network, Chust ranked 1st out of 8 cities in Namangan and 9th out of 72 in Uzbekistan as of 2020.

In new street additions, Chust, Fusagasugá, and Honiara all fluctuated in street-construction patterns. For the full network, Chust and Honiara both fluctuated in connectivity, while Fusagasugá became progressively more disconnected. Notably, Chust had a more sprawly network than Fusagasugá in 1975, but the two have since reversed their relative ranking.
