While Južno-Banatski and Serbia both rose steadily, Pančevo's new street additions rose steadily. Most recently, Pančevo's incremental SNDi rose from 3.53 to 4.68 between 1991-2005 and 2006-2020. In new street additions, Shangdang and Shibchar both fluctuated in street-construction patterns, while Pančevo built increasingly disconnected streets over time. For the full network, Pančevo became progressively more disconnected, while Shangdang grew more disconnected from 1975 through 1976-1990, then improved and Shibchar became more connected from 1975 through 1991-2005, then grew more sprawly from 1991-2005 onwards.
