In new street additions, Utrecht built increasingly disconnected streets from 1975 through 1976-1990, then improved, while Baidoa fluctuated in street-construction patterns and Swabi built increasingly disconnected streets over time. For the full network, Utrecht and Swabi both became progressively more disconnected, while Baidoa fluctuated in connectivity.
