In new street additions, Huaquillas fluctuated in street-construction patterns, while Itanagar built increasingly disconnected streets over time and Kapolowe fluctuated in street-construction patterns. For the full network, Huaquillas grew more disconnected from 1975 through 1976-1990, then improved, while Itanagar became progressively more disconnected and Kapolowe fluctuated in connectivity. Huaquillas and Kapolowe have been growing further apart in their street-network character since 1975.
