The SNDi of new construction in Mendoza rose steadily, while Argentina followed a zig-zag trend with an overall increase. Most recently, Mendoza's incremental SNDi rose from 2.73 to 3.69 between 1991-2005 and 2006-2020. In terms of the aggregate network, Mendoza ranked 72nd out of 77 in Argentina as of 2020.

In new street additions, Honghuagang and Kaifeng both fluctuated in street-construction patterns, while Mendoza built increasingly disconnected streets over time. For the full network, Mendoza and Honghuagang both became progressively more disconnected, while Kaifeng fluctuated in connectivity.
