In new street additions, Sa`dah fluctuated in its street-construction patterns, while Tuz Khormato built increasingly connected streets from 1975 through 1976-1990, then shifted to more disconnected patterns and Matagalpa built increasingly disconnected streets over time. For the full network, Sa`dah fluctuated in connectivity, while Tuz Khormato became more connected from 1975 through 1976-1990, then grew more sprawly from 1976-1990 onwards and Matagalpa became progressively more disconnected. Sa`dah and Tuz Khormato have been growing further apart in their street-network character since 1975.
