The chart above shows SNDi trends for new street additions (left panel) and the entire network (right panel), with Sầm Sơn plotted against Thanh Hóa and Vietnam. The SNDi of new construction in Sầm Sơn followed a zig-zag trend with an overall decrease, compared to Thanh Hóa which followed a zig-zag trend with an overall increase and Vietnam which rose steadily.
