The chart above shows SNDi trends for new street additions (left panel) and the entire network (right panel), with Đồng Hới plotted against Quảng Bình and Vietnam. The SNDi of new construction in Đồng Hới followed a zig-zag trend with an overall increase, compared to Quảng Bình which was at its lowest in 1991-2005 and Vietnam which rose steadily. In new street additions, Đồng Hới fluctuated in its street-construction patterns, while Fuyuan fluctuated in its street-construction patterns and Colatina built increasingly disconnected streets from 1975 through 1976-1990, then improved. For the full network, Đồng Hới and Colatina both became progressively more disconnected, while Fuyuan became progressively more connected. Đồng Hới and Fuyuan have been converging in their street-network character since 1975.
