In new street additions, Ninh Cường built increasingly connected streets from 1975 through 1976-1990, then shifted to more disconnected patterns, while Bekwai built increasingly disconnected streets over time and Rajgan fluctuated in its street-construction patterns. For the full network, Ninh Cường became more connected from 1975 through 1976-1990, then grew more sprawly from 1976-1990 onwards, while Bekwai became progressively more disconnected and Rajgan fluctuated in connectivity. Ninh Cường and Bekwai have been converging in their street-network character since 1975.
