The chart above shows SNDi trends for new street additions (left panel) and the entire network (right panel), with Định Quán plotted against Đồng Nai and Vietnam. The SNDi of new construction in Định Quán was at its lowest in 1991-2005, compared to Đồng Nai which followed a zig-zag trend with an overall increase and Vietnam which rose steadily. Most recently, Định Quán's incremental SNDi rose from 4.6 to 5.14 between 1991-2005 and 2006-2020. In terms of the aggregate network, Định Quán ranked 4th out of 7 cities in Đồng Nai and 84th out of 126 in Vietnam as of 2020.

In new street additions, Định Quán built increasingly connected streets from 1975 through 1991-2005, then shifted to more disconnected patterns, while Oued Rhiou fluctuated in its street-construction patterns and Huzhu built increasingly disconnected streets from 1975 through 1976-1990, then improved. For the full network, Định Quán became more connected from 1975 through 1991-2005, then grew more sprawly from 1991-2005 onwards, while Oued Rhiou fluctuated in connectivity and Huzhu grew more disconnected from 1975 through 1976-1990, then improved. Định Quán and Huzhu have been growing further apart in their street-network character since 1975.
