In new street additions, Đà Nẵng built increasingly disconnected streets from 1975 through 1976-1990, then improved, while Maiduguri built increasingly connected streets over time and Batam City fluctuated in its street-construction patterns. For the full network, Đà Nẵng grew more disconnected from 1975 through 1991-2005, then improved, while Maiduguri became progressively more connected and Batam City fluctuated in connectivity. Đà Nẵng and Maiduguri have been growing further apart in their street-network character since 1975.
