In new street additions, Phước Vĩnh built increasingly connected streets from 1975 through 1991-2005, then shifted to more disconnected patterns, while Kalpani fluctuated in its street-construction patterns and Lucca built increasingly disconnected streets from 1975 through 1991-2005, then improved. For the full network, Phước Vĩnh became more connected from 1975 through 1991-2005, then grew more sprawly from 1991-2005 onwards, while Kalpani fluctuated in connectivity and Lucca became progressively more disconnected. Notably, Phước Vĩnh had a more sprawly network than Lucca in 1975 but the two have since reversed their relative ranking.
