In new street additions, Bắc Giang built increasingly disconnected streets from 1975 through 1976-1990, then improved, while Mostaganem fluctuated in its street-construction patterns and Govardhan built increasingly connected streets from 1975 through 1991-2005, then shifted to more disconnected patterns. For the full network, Bắc Giang grew more disconnected from 1975 through 1976-1990, then improved, while Mostaganem became progressively more disconnected and Govardhan became more connected from 1975 through 1991-2005, then grew more sprawly from 1991-2005 onwards. Notably, Bắc Giang had a more sprawly network than Govardhan in 1975 but the two have since reversed their relative ranking.
