The SNDi of new construction in Tân Châu peaked in 1976-1990, compared to An Giang which peaked in 1991-2005 and Vietnam which rose steadily. Most recently, Tân Châu's incremental SNDi fell from 8.65 to 8.14 between 1991-2005 and 2006-2020. What about similarly populated cities?
In new street additions, Tân Châu built increasingly disconnected streets from 1975 through 1976-1990, then improved, while Sơn Tây built increasingly disconnected streets from 1975 through 1991-2005, then improved and Chipata built increasingly disconnected streets over time. For the full network, Tân Châu and Sơn Tây both grew more disconnected from 1975 through 1991-2005, then improved, while Chipata became progressively more disconnected.
