In new street additions, Ciudad Ojeda and Zhenping both fluctuated in its street-construction patterns, while Ningxiang fluctuated in its street-construction patterns. For the full network, Ciudad Ojeda and Zhenping both became progressively more disconnected, while Ningxiang became more connected from 1975 through 1976-1990, then grew more sprawly from 1976-1990 onwards. Ciudad Ojeda and Zhenping have been converging in their street-network character since 1975.
