In new street additions, Valera and Wanning both built increasingly disconnected streets from 1975 through 1991-2005, then improved, while Xingcheng built increasingly disconnected streets from 1975 through 1976-1990, then improved. Looking at the full network, Wanning and Xingcheng both grew more disconnected from 1975 through 1991-2005, then improved, while Valera became progressively more disconnected.
