The SNDi of new construction in Rubio rose steadily, compared to Táchira which peaked in 1976-1990 and Venezuela which followed a zig-zag trend with an overall increase. Most recently, Rubio's incremental SNDi rose from 4.6 to 5.09 between 1991-2005 and 2006-2020. While Tongxin and Bahma both built increasingly disconnected streets from 1975 through 1991-2005, then improved, Rubio built increasingly disconnected streets over time in new street additions. For the full street network, though, all three cities follow the same trend. Rubio and Bahma have been converging in their street-network character since 1975.
