In new street additions, San Mateo fluctuated in its street-construction patterns, while Peñaflor fluctuated in its street-construction patterns and Mantes-la-Ville built increasingly disconnected streets from 1975 through 1976-1990, then improved. For the full network, San Mateo and Mantes-la-Ville both became progressively more disconnected, while Peñaflor became more connected from 1975 through 1976-1990, then grew more sprawly from 1976-1990 onwards.
