The chart above shows SNDi trends for new street additions (left panel) and the entire network (right panel), with Po'lati plotted against Qashqadaryo and Uzbekistan. The SNDi of new construction in Po'lati followed a zig-zag trend with an overall increase, compared to Qashqadaryo which followed a zig-zag trend with an overall increase and Uzbekistan which rose steadily. Most recently, Po'lati's incremental SNDi rose from 4.07 to 4.89 between 1991-2005 and 2006-2020. In terms of the aggregate network, Po'lati ranked 4th out of 5 cities in Qashqadaryo and 45th out of 72 in Uzbekistan as of 2020.

In new street additions, Po'lati fluctuated in its street-construction patterns, while Baitu built increasingly connected streets from 1975 through 1991-2005, then shifted to more disconnected patterns and Luancheng built increasingly disconnected streets from 1975 through 1976-1990, then improved. For the full network, Po'lati became progressively more disconnected, while Baitu became more connected from 1975 through 1991-2005, then grew more sprawly from 1991-2005 onwards and Luancheng grew more disconnected from 1975 through 1991-2005, then improved. Po'lati and Baitu have been converging in their street-network character since 1975.
