The SNDi of new construction in Yaypan peaked in 1991-2005, compared to Farg'ona which rose steadily and Uzbekistan which rose steadily. In new street additions, Yaypan built increasingly disconnected streets from 1975 through 1991-2005, then improved, while Fugar built increasingly disconnected streets over time and Banalia fluctuated in its street-construction patterns. For the full network, Yaypan and Fugar both became progressively more disconnected, while Banalia grew more disconnected from 1975 through 1976-1990, then improved. Yaypan and Fugar have been growing further apart in their street-network character since 1975.
