The SNDi of new construction in Bukhara peaked in 1991-2005, compared to Buxoro which peaked in 1991-2005 and Uzbekistan which rose steadily. Most recently, Bukhara's incremental SNDi fell from 2.63 to 2.03 between 1991-2005 and 2006-2020. What about similarly populated cities?
In new street additions, Bukhara built increasingly disconnected streets from 1975 through 1991-2005, then improved, while Mubi built increasingly disconnected streets over time and Azare fluctuated in its street-construction patterns. Looking at the full network, Mubi and Azare both became progressively more disconnected, while Bukhara grew more disconnected from 1975 through 1991-2005, then improved. Bukhara and Mubi have been converging in their street-network character since 1975.
