In new street additions, Greeley built increasingly disconnected streets from 1975 through 1991-2005, then improved, while Peng'an fluctuated in its street-construction patterns and Rada` built increasingly disconnected streets over time. For the full network, Greeley and Rada` both became progressively more disconnected, while Peng'an grew more disconnected from 1975 through 1976-1990, then improved. Notably, Greeley had a more connected network than Rada` in 1975 but the two have since reversed their relative ranking.
