In new street additions, Warwick built increasingly disconnected streets from 1975 through 1976-1990, then improved, while Zhapu fluctuated in its street-construction patterns and Phuoc Long built increasingly connected streets from 1975 through 1976-1990, then shifted to more disconnected patterns. For the full network, Warwick became progressively more disconnected, while Zhapu grew more disconnected from 1975 through 1976-1990, then improved and Phuoc Long became more connected from 1975 through 1991-2005, then grew more sprawly from 1991-2005 onwards. Notably, Warwick had a more connected network than Phuoc Long in 1975 but the two have since reversed their relative ranking.
