The SNDi of new construction in Shostka peaked in 1976-1990, compared to Sumy which rose steadily and Ukraine which rose steadily. For the full network, Shostka grew more disconnected from 1975 through 1976-1990, then improved, while Wolfsburg grew more disconnected from 1975 through 1991-2005, then improved and Nilanga fluctuated in connectivity. Shostka and Wolfsburg have been growing further apart in their street-network character since 1975.
