In new street additions, Odesa built increasingly connected streets from 1975 through 1976-1990, then shifted to more disconnected patterns, while Baltimore built increasingly disconnected streets from 1975 through 1976-1990, then improved and Kazan built increasingly disconnected streets over time. Looking at the full network, Baltimore and Kazan both became progressively more disconnected, while Odesa became more connected from 1975 through 1976-1990, then grew more sprawly from 1976-1990 onwards. Odesa and Baltimore have been growing further apart in their street-network character since 1975.
