The chart above shows SNDi trends for new street additions (left panel) and the entire network (right panel), with Pavlohrad plotted against Dnipropetrovs'k and Ukraine. The SNDi of new construction in Pavlohrad followed a zig-zag trend with an overall increase, compared to Dnipropetrovs'k which rose steadily and Ukraine which rose steadily. Most recently, Pavlohrad's incremental SNDi rose from 4.13 to 9.14 between 1991-2005 and 2006-2020. In terms of the aggregate network, Pavlohrad ranked 5th out of 6 cities in Dnipropetrovs'k and 70th out of 75 in Ukraine as of 2020.

In new street additions, Pavlohrad fluctuated in its street-construction patterns, while Chongwu built increasingly disconnected streets from 1975 through 1976-1990, then improved and Khash built increasingly connected streets from 1975 through 1991-2005, then shifted to more disconnected patterns. For the full network, Pavlohrad became progressively more disconnected, while Chongwu grew more disconnected from 1975 through 1976-1990, then improved and Khash became more connected from 1975 through 1991-2005, then grew more sprawly from 1991-2005 onwards. Pavlohrad and Chongwu have been growing further apart in their street-network character since 1975.
