The chart above shows SNDi trends for new street additions (left panel) and the entire network (right panel), with Gulu plotted against Uganda. The SNDi of new construction in Gulu rose steadily, while Uganda was at its lowest in 1976-1990. Most recently, Gulu's incremental SNDi rose from 2.87 to 3.94 between 1991-2005 and 2006-2020. In terms of the aggregate network, Gulu ranked 10th out of 25 in Uganda as of 2020.
