In new street additions, Düziçi built increasingly connected streets from 1975 through 1976-1990, then shifted to more disconnected patterns, while San Luis built increasingly disconnected streets over time and Melipilla built increasingly disconnected streets from 1975 through 1991-2005, then improved. Looking at the full network, San Luis and Melipilla both became progressively more disconnected, while Düziçi became more connected from 1975 through 1976-1990, then grew more sprawly from 1976-1990 onwards. Notably, Düziçi had a more sprawly network than Melipilla in 1975 but the two have since reversed their relative ranking.
