The SNDi of new construction in Kuşadası rose steadily, compared to Aydin which followed a zig-zag trend with an overall increase and Turkey which followed a zig-zag trend with an overall increase. Most recently, Kuşadası's incremental SNDi rose from 3.19 to 4.16 between 1991-2005 and 2006-2020. In terms of the aggregate network, Kuşadası ranked 5th out of 5 cities in Aydin and 136th out of 174 in Turkey as of 2020.
