The SNDi of new construction in Bizerte followed a zig-zag trend with an overall increase, while Tunisia peaked in 1976-1990. Most recently, Bizerte's incremental SNDi rose from 3.18 to 3.95 between 1991-2005 and 2006-2020. In terms of the aggregate network, Bizerte ranked 22nd out of 24 in Tunisia as of 2020.
