The chart above shows SNDi trends for new street additions (left panel) and the entire network (right panel), with Notsé plotted against Plateaux and Togo. The SNDi of new construction in Notsé was at its lowest in 1976-1990, compared to Plateaux which rose steadily and Togo which followed a zig-zag trend with an overall increase. Most recently, Notsé's incremental SNDi rose from 4.07 to 5.49 between 1991-2005 and 2006-2020. In terms of the aggregate network, Notsé ranked 3rd out of 4 cities in Plateaux and 16th out of 17 in Togo as of 2020.

In new street additions, Notsé built increasingly connected streets from 1975 through 1976-1990, then shifted to more disconnected patterns, while Ligao fluctuated in its street-construction patterns and Caxito built increasingly disconnected streets from 1975 through 1991-2005, then improved. For the full network, Notsé became more connected from 1975 through 1976-1990, then grew more sprawly from 1976-1990 onwards, while Ligao fluctuated in connectivity and Caxito became progressively more disconnected. Notsé and Ligao have been converging in their street-network character since 1975.
