The chart above shows SNDi trends for new street additions (left panel) and the entire network (right panel), with Tsévié plotted against Maritime and Togo. The SNDi of new construction in Tsévié rose steadily, compared to Maritime which followed a zig-zag trend with an overall increase and Togo which followed a zig-zag trend with an overall increase. Most recently, Tsévié's incremental SNDi rose from 1.64 to 2.88 between 1991-2005 and 2006-2020. In terms of the aggregate network, Tsévié ranked 4th out of 6 cities in Maritime and 6th out of 17 in Togo as of 2020.

In new street additions, Tsévié built increasingly disconnected streets over time, while Duttapulia built increasingly disconnected streets from 1975 through 1991-2005, then improved and Bouira fluctuated in its street-construction patterns. For the full network, Tsévié and Duttapulia both became progressively more disconnected, while Bouira fluctuated in connectivity. Tsévié and Duttapulia have been growing further apart in their street-network character since 1975.
