In new street additions, Tarime built increasingly disconnected streets over time, while Puraini fluctuated in its street-construction patterns and Yanxi fluctuated in its street-construction patterns. For the full network, Tarime became progressively more disconnected, while Puraini became progressively more disconnected and Yanxi became more connected from 1975 through 1976-1990, then grew more sprawly from 1976-1990 onwards. Notably, Tarime had a more connected network than Yanxi in 1975 but the two have since reversed their relative ranking.
