What about similarly populated cities?
- Tshibinda, Democratic Republic of the Congo
- Qaryat Imam ash Asharqi, Iraq
- Goushi, China
- N'zeto, Angola
- Kisenge, Democratic Republic of the Congo
- Zarand, Iran
In new street additions, Ibamba and N'zeto both built increasingly disconnected streets over time, while Tshibinda fluctuated in its street-construction patterns. For the full street network, though, all three cities follow the same trend. Notably, Ibamba had a more connected network than N'zeto in 1975 but the two have since reversed their relative ranking.
