The SNDi of new construction in Khistevarz rose steadily, compared to Sughd which rose steadily and Tajikistan which followed a zig-zag trend with an overall increase. For the full network, Khistevarz became progressively more disconnected, while Haidong grew more disconnected from 1975 through 1976-1990, then improved and Kharua became progressively more disconnected. Khistevarz and Haidong have been converging in their street-network character since 1975.
