Анатуриши узбок in context: Street-network sprawl trends

The chart above shows SNDi trends for new street additions (left panel) and the entire network (right panel), with Анатуриши узбок plotted against Districts of Republican Subordin and Tajikistan. The SNDi of new construction in Анатуриши узбок rose steadily, compared to Districts of Republican Subordin which rose steadily and Tajikistan which followed a zig-zag trend with an overall increase. Most recently, Анатуриши узбок's incremental SNDi rose from 8.42 to 9.22 between 1991-2005 and 2006-2020. In terms of the aggregate network, Анатуриши узбок ranked 4th out of 4 cities in Districts of Republican Subordin and 22nd out of 22 in Tajikistan as of 2020.

In new street additions, Анатуриши узбок and Kasungu both built increasingly disconnected streets over time, while Guidan Roumdji built increasingly connected streets from 1975 through 1976-1990, then shifted to more disconnected patterns. For the full network, Анатуриши узбок and Kasungu both became progressively more disconnected, while Guidan Roumdji became more connected from 1975 through 1976-1990, then grew more sprawly from 1976-1990 onwards.
