What about similarly populated cities?
In new street additions, Lugano built increasingly disconnected streets from 1975 through 1991-2005, then improved, while Bisauli fluctuated in its street-construction patterns and Omo fluctuated in its street-construction patterns. For the full network, Lugano and Omo both became progressively more disconnected, while Bisauli fluctuated in connectivity. Lugano and Omo have been growing further apart in their street-network character since 1975.
