While Nedjo and Wenchengzhen both built increasingly disconnected streets from 1975 through 1976-1990, then improved, Matale built increasingly disconnected streets over time in new street additions. For the full network, Matale and Nedjo both became progressively more disconnected, while Wenchengzhen grew more disconnected from 1975 through 1976-1990, then improved. Notably, Matale had a more connected network than Wenchengzhen in 1975 but the two have since reversed their relative ranking.
