In new street additions, Santa Cruz de Tenerife built increasingly disconnected streets from 1975 through 1976-1990, then improved, while Potiskum built increasingly disconnected streets over time and Changping fluctuated in its street-construction patterns. Looking at the full network, Potiskum and Changping both became progressively more disconnected, while Santa Cruz de Tenerife grew more disconnected from 1975 through 1991-2005, then improved. Notably, Santa Cruz de Tenerife had a more sprawly network than Potiskum in 1975 but the two have since reversed their relative ranking.
