Las Palmas de Gran Canaria, Tây Ninh, and Titi all fluctuated in its street-construction patterns in new street construction. Looking at the full network, Tây Ninh and Titi both fluctuated in connectivity, while Las Palmas de Gran Canaria grew more disconnected from 1975 through 1976-1990, then improved. Notably, Las Palmas de Gran Canaria had a more sprawly network than Titi in 1975 but the two have since reversed their relative ranking.
