The SNDi of new construction in Manresa followed a zig-zag trend with an overall increase, compared to Cataluña which rose steadily and Spain which peaked in 1976-1990. In new street additions, Manresa and Suralaya both fluctuated in its street-construction patterns, while Tecate built increasingly disconnected streets from 1975 through 1976-1990, then improved. For the full network, Manresa became progressively more disconnected, while Tecate grew more disconnected from 1975 through 1991-2005, then improved and Suralaya fluctuated in connectivity. Manresa and Tecate have been growing further apart in their street-network character since 1975.
