The chart above shows SNDi trends for new street additions (left panel) and the entire network (right panel), with Seville plotted against Andalucía and Spain. The SNDi of new construction in Seville followed a zig-zag trend with an overall increase, compared to Andalucía which peaked in 1976-1990 and Spain which peaked in 1976-1990. Most recently, Seville's incremental SNDi rose from 1.91 to 2.16 between 1991-2005 and 2006-2020. In terms of the aggregate network, Seville ranked 5th out of 19 cities in Andalucía and 32nd out of 85 in Spain as of 2020.

In new street additions, Seville fluctuated in its street-construction patterns, while Palermo built increasingly disconnected streets from 1975 through 1991-2005, then improved and Puyang built increasingly disconnected streets from 1975 through 1976-1990, then improved. For the full network, Seville and Palermo both became progressively more disconnected, while Puyang grew more disconnected from 1975 through 1991-2005, then improved.
