In new street additions, Cádiz built increasingly disconnected streets from 1975 through 1991-2005, then improved, while Iganga fluctuated in its street-construction patterns and Changhong built increasingly disconnected streets from 1975 through 1976-1990, then improved. For the full network, Cádiz and Changhong both grew more disconnected from 1975 through 1991-2005, then improved, while Iganga became progressively more disconnected. Cádiz and Iganga have been growing further apart in their street-network character since 1975.
