The chart above shows SNDi trends for new street additions (left panel) and the entire network (right panel), with Yambio plotted against West Equatoria and South Sudan. The SNDi of new construction in Yambio rose steadily, compared to West Equatoria which followed a zig-zag trend with an overall increase and South Sudan which followed a zig-zag trend with an overall increase. Most recently, Yambio's incremental SNDi rose from 2.23 to 2.26 between 1991-2005 and 2006-2020. In new street additions, Yambio and Godda both built increasingly disconnected streets over time, while Atrauli fluctuated in its street-construction patterns. For the full network, Yambio and Godda both became progressively more disconnected, while Atrauli fluctuated in connectivity. Yambio and Atrauli have been growing further apart in their street-network character since 1975.
