The SNDi of new construction in Dhobley was at its lowest in 1991-2005, compared to Jubbada Hoose which followed a zig-zag trend with an overall increase and Somalia which followed a zig-zag trend with an overall increase. Most recently, Dhobley's incremental SNDi rose from 6.55 to 10.11 between 1991-2005 and 2006-2020. In new street additions, Dhobley built increasingly connected streets from 1975 through 1991-2005, then shifted to more disconnected patterns, while Satelite Norte fluctuated in its street-construction patterns and Ambohitrimanjaka built increasingly disconnected streets from 1975 through 1976-1990, then improved. Looking at the full network, Satelite Norte and Ambohitrimanjaka both grew more disconnected from 1975 through 1976-1990, then improved, while Dhobley became more connected from 1975 through 1991-2005, then grew more sprawly from 1991-2005 onwards. Dhobley and Satelite Norte have been growing further apart in their street-network character since 1975.
