Taking into account the entire (i.e. aggregate) street network in Mogadishu as of 2020, the overall level of street-network sprawl is 1.68, which is very well-connected. The level of street-network sprawl in new development in Mogadishu followed a zig-zag trend with an overall increase.

As of 2020, the city with the most disconnected street network in Somalia is Dhobley with an SNDi of 8.77, which is very sprawly. Conversely, the most connected city is Shalaambood with an SNDi of 0.87, which is very well-connected.
