While Južno-Banatski and Serbia both rose steadily, Pančevo's new street additions rose steadily. Most recently, Pančevo's incremental SNDi rose from 3.53 to 4.68 between 1991-2005 and 2006-2020. In terms of the aggregate network, Pančevo ranked 1st out of 1 cities in Južno-Banatski and 3rd out of 13 in Serbia as of 2020.

While Shangdang and Shibchar both fluctuated in its street-construction patterns, Pančevo built increasingly disconnected streets over time in new street additions. For the full network, Pančevo became progressively more disconnected, while Shangdang grew more disconnected from 1975 through 1976-1990, then improved and Shibchar became more connected from 1975 through 1991-2005, then grew more sprawly from 1991-2005 onwards.
