The chart above shows SNDi trends for new street additions (left panel) and the entire network (right panel), with Touba plotted against Diourbel and Senegal. The SNDi of new construction in Touba rose steadily, compared to Diourbel which followed a zig-zag trend with an overall increase and Senegal which followed a zig-zag trend with an overall increase. Most recently, Touba's incremental SNDi rose from 1.3 to 1.36 between 1991-2005 and 2006-2020. In terms of the aggregate network, Touba ranked 2nd out of 3 cities in Diourbel and 13th out of 25 in Senegal as of 2020.
