Dakar, Medellín, and Kuwait City all fluctuated in its street-construction patterns in new street construction. Looking at the full network, Medellín and Kuwait City both became progressively more disconnected, while Dakar grew more disconnected from 1975 through 1976-1990, then improved. Dakar and Medellín have been growing further apart in their street-network character since 1975.
