The SNDi of new construction in Ra's Tannurah rose steadily, compared to Ash-Sharqīyah which rose steadily and Saudi Arabia which followed a zig-zag trend with an overall increase. In new street additions, Ra's Tannurah built increasingly disconnected streets over time, while Tshilenge built increasingly connected streets from 1975 through 1976-1990, then shifted to more disconnected patterns and Neuchâtel built increasingly disconnected streets from 1975 through 1976-1990, then improved. For the full network, Ra's Tannurah and Neuchâtel both became progressively more disconnected, while Tshilenge became more connected from 1975 through 1976-1990, then grew more sprawly from 1976-1990 onwards. Ra's Tannurah and Tshilenge have been growing further apart in their street-network character since 1975.
